Evgenia Sardeli joined DVLaw in 2023 as an associate lawyer. Evgenia’s main areas of expertise include commercial law, capital markets and investment law. She has also considerable academic and research experience on sustainable finance, and particularly on the European legislation with respect to sustainability in the financial services sector, since having worked as a research assistant at the LMU, Chair of Civil Law and Business Law, she had been assigned with teaching duties on these fields for the LL.M. Programme on European and International Economic Law.
Evgenia provides legal support to legal entities, including listed companies and is involved in various corporate and business transactions as well as in due diligence mandates.
