Irene joined DVLaw in 2008 and she has worked in many of the high profile deals of the firm. Irene’s main area of practice is banking & finance, privatization, venture capital / private equity structures and transactions, corporate and M&A. She has been heavily involved in major mergers and acquisitions, privatisations and complex finance projects of the firm and in securitisation, structured finance and banking transactions. She has a significant track record on structuring, negotiating and completion of venture financing and formation of funds and she has extensive experience in due diligence proceedings. Before joining the firm, Irene has worked as a trainee in Alpha Bank’s legal services division.
