Maria-Ilektra Filopoulou joined DVLaw in 2019. Maria-Ilektra’s main areas of expertise include civil, commercial and corporate law, as well as banking & finance. She provides day-to-day legal assistance to corporations and handles various commercial and business transactions. Having been involved in complex finance projects, she has significant experience in due diligence proceedings. Maria-Ilektra is also competent in data protection legislation, as well as commercial and civil litigation.
