Maria Vamvaka joined DVLaw in 2024 as an associate lawyer. Her primary areas of expertise include banking and finance law, corporate and commercial law. She has substantial experience in banking law, particularly in drafting, reviewing, and advising on a wide range of loan agreements and securities. Having been involved in complex finance projects, she has significant experience in due diligence proceedings. Maria is also proficient in real estate law.
