DVLaw is glad to announce that we have been awarded the prestigious IFLR1000 Europe Award 2025 in the “Equity Deal of the Year” category for our work as advisors to the selling shareholder Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF / ΤΑΙΠΕΔ) (now the Growthfund, the National Fund of Greece) on the landmark Athens International Airport (AIA) IPO. The award was presented at a grand ceremony held at the Royal Lancaster, London on 3 April 2025.
The IFLR1000 recognised the legal innovation in Greece’s largest IPO in 20 years, which carefully balanced state privatisation policy and market expectations, generating a unique IPO framework and a creative structuring approach around a post-IPO governance framework. The IPO was the first combined (international and Greek) offering in Greece for almost two decades and was supported by 13 financial institutions.
