DVLaw acted as legal counsel to Motodynamics S.A., a major car and motorcycles distributor, in the acquisition of a majority stake in the share capital of Lion Rental S.A., exclusive franchisee of Sixt in Greece, through a share capital increase of €15 million. The transaction also involved the restructuring of Lion Rental’s debt through the reduction and refinancing of its current liabilities for 10 years and a new 10 years financing of €10 million.
